Welcome to episode 58 of Sideshow & Tell, the show where Mr. Crabb brings you all the latest happenings in the world of film music, composers and movie news in the most entertaining way possible! In this week’s SAT, (come on, you all know the acronym by now!), your flippin’ amazing host leads you all through the latest releases including Storks by Mychael Danna and Jeff Danna, from WaterTower Music, Hacksaw Ridge by Rupert Gregson-Williams, by Varèse Sarabande, My Blind Brother by Ian Hultquist, from Little Twig Records, and finally, on vinyl, Suicide Squad by Steven Price, from Music On Vinyl. Also, Ian brings us the news that composer Rupert Gregson-Williams is going to be scoring the upcoming thriller ‘Terminal’, and yes, Michael Giacchino has in fact replaced Alexandre Desplat as the composer for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story! Ian finishes up with a phenomenal pick of the week on two-disc limited edition vinyl no less, from the good folks over at Sony Classical. Sideshow & Tell – One Year Anniversary Episode!

Hello the internet! This is episode 52 of Sideshow & Tell, your mini newscast, which marks the show’s one year anniversary! For this special occasion we’re doing something a little different, joining your host Ian Crabb for today’s unscripted SAT is Sideshow godfather Will Dodson!

In this week’s SAT, the duo inform you all of the latest film and television music releases including a special 2-disc extended release of The Rocketeer by James Horner, from Intrada Records, The Huntsman: Winter’s War by James Newton Howard, and X-Men: First Class by Henry Jackman on limited edition vinyl from Music On Vinyl, Suicide Squad by Steven Price, from Sony Classical, Ice Age: Collision Course by John Debney, from Varèse Sarabande, and finally, Supergirl by Blake Neely, from La-La Land Records. Ian also brings us the news that composer Cliff Martinez is scoring James Mangold’s currently untitled Wolverine sequel, and composer Rob Simonsen is to score Marc Webb’s drama, ‘Gifted’. Ian’s pick of the week comes from the wonderful team over at WaterTower Music and to finish up this week’s SAT we let you all in on what exactly has been happening over the last few months at Sideshow HQ and what glorious content is on the way!
