Hello the internet and welcome to episode 76 of Sideshow & Tell, your weekly newscast where your amazing host, Ian Crabb brings you all the latest appetisers of what’s happening in the world of composers, film music, and movie news! First of all, Ian discusses the latest film music releases including Baby’s Day Out by Bruce Broughton, from Intrada Records, The Belko Experiment by Tyler Bates, from Lakeshore Records, and finally, Power Rangers by Brian Tyler, from Varèse Sarabande. Ian also brings us the news that Oscar-winning composer Justin Hurwitz will conduct his score with a 100-piece orchestra, choir and jazz ensemble for a live-to-film celebration of La La Land at the Hollywood Bowl, delivers his weekly Home Video Pick scored by composer Thomas Newman and wraps up SAT76 with his Disney Pick of the Week!

Merry Christmas and happy holidays internet! A hearty welcome to episode 69 of Sideshow & Tell, our second annual holiday special! We start off the final episode of the year with your host bringing you news of the latest film music releases including Passengers by Thomas Newman, from Sony Masterworks, a deluxe edition of Star Trek Beyond by Michael Giacchino, from Varèse Sarabande, news of who’s eligible for the 2017 Academy Awards, TWO Home Video Picks, a Pick of the Week from Walt Disney Records but also guest appearances from the Sideshow team with their favourite holiday films and scores!

The second half of the show features Ian, Will, Drew & Todd discussing the most recent addition to the Star Wars Saga, Rogue One by Michael Giacchino. We shall be taking our customary short break over the Christmas period but will be back in the new year with more amazing content! Ian is back after a birthday break, batteries recharged, to present your regular film music news! In this week’s newscast, “the amazing one” discusses the latest film music releases including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows by Steve Jablonsky, by Paramount Music, Warcraft by Ramin Djawadi, from Back Lot Music, a limited gold edition of Star Wars: A New Hope by John Williams, from Sony Classical, and finally, The Angry Birds Movie by Heitor Pereira, from Atlantic Records. Ian also brings us the news that composer Yann Tiersen has scored the documentary ‘Ouragan’, and composer Chris Hajian is to score the Crackle original series ‘StartUp’. Ian finishes this week’s SAT with a pick of the week from Walt Disney Records and the ever-wonderful film composer Thomas Newman!
